CROCKER PARK-WESTLAKE, OHIO: Award winning mixed use town center style development with 1.2 million square feet of retail, 650 residential units and 1 million square feet of office space.
ETON-CHAGRIN BOULEVARD-Woodmere, Ohio: High-end mixed use redevelopment of approximately 300,000 square feet of upscale retail and restaurants and 70,000 square feet of retail and office space.
ONE CONGRESS STREET-BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS: Awarded RFP from City of Boston to purchase and redevelop a 2,000 car municipal garage. Refreshes garage, added 225,000 square feet of open floor plate office leased to the GSA and 40,500 square feet of retail, all while keeping garage in service as required by the RFP.
CROCKER COMMONS WESTLAKE, Ohio: The development features nearly 30,000 square feet of retail space and 63,000 square feet of office space, according to release. The project broke ground in October 2021 and is scheduled to open to the public in the fall of 2022.
